Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located by the riverside, close to the main center, and just off the main retail area. The rooms are comfortable with a large, clean bathroom but could have been cleaner. The service was helpful with our request, but lacked follow-up. The dining offers a reasonable spread of options and the facilities are in good condition.
I was really thrilled by the hotel's location, just off the main retail area, and even more so by the view overlooking the river. The room had a fabulous warm bathroom, but the double bed was the worst part of the stay. The service was a bit of a letdown as I had no customer service despite waiting for the Manager to call me for three days after numerous attempts, and the attached bar was not well-kept. On the bright side, they accommodated my request for an earlier check-in. The small park just opposite the hotel added a nice touch to the location.
The hotel has a great location, close to the town center overlooking the river. The rooms have both uncomfortable and comfortable beds, with the courtyard view yet to be modernized. The service was accommodating with some delays and cleanliness issues at the bar. The dining provided reasonable options with some items not included. Overall, a convenient location with room for improvement in various aspects.
